Thomas van der Laan works as a project manager and sales consultant at WINDEA Offshore since September 2019.
After graduating from the university of applied sciences of his hometown Leer as an industrial engineer for marine logistics in 2008, he worked for two ship management companies engaged in worldwide heavy lift and research shipping.
2012 he joined Ems Maritime Offshore as a Marine Coordinator and became the Head of the newly established Coordination Services Department and the VENTUSmarine project.
Today Thomas is the sales representative for WINDEA’s Maritime Services. As a project manager, he is responsible for international market strategies and several product developments.

Katja Rehage joined the WINDEA Offshore team to the beginning of 2017.
After finishing her Master of Science degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Sweden, she started her working career in various positions in port logistics for general cargo and project cargo, onshore and offshore wind turbines at Buss Port Logistics GmbH & Co. KG.
Today Katja is the sales representative for Windea’s Medical Services – WINDEAcare. As a project manager, she is responsible for the products:

- Offshore Medic at the windfarm
- Telemedicine for first aider offshore

Björn Schulz joined WINDEA Offshore since the end of 2020 and supports the team as project and business development manager. In 2014, Björn graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nautical sciences and gained the license to serve on merchant vessels as nautical officer. He has then worked as marine coordinator for different offshore projects in the North and Baltic Sea. Also, he holds a degree in Business Administration and Law from the Carl-von-Ossietzky-University Oldenburg. Before joining the WINDEAa-Team, Björn finished his master studies in Maritime Management at the Jade University of applied Sciences.
Björn is responsible for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in WTG inspections. He supports the team on various other projects and is interested in digital solutions for the wind industry.
