Supporting planned crew changes

Our helicopter transportation services of passengers, baggage, and cargo to offshore wind farms is available for the construction but also the operation & maintenance phase. The advantages of the aircraft from the manufacturer Airbus Helicopters are its high speed, range, and cabin comfort.

Flights are made from Northern Helicopter’s headquarters in Emden or from the offshore rescue base in Güttin on the island of Rügen to offshore wind farms in the North and Baltic Seas. In this way, we support the planned crew changes during campaigns and regular maintenance.

The provision of check-in facilities meeting all security and safety requirements, state-of-the-art personal protective equipment (PPE) and storage space are the key elements of transport flights.

Customized flight plans and services can also be offered to meet our client’s special requirements and needs. Northern Helicopter offers private air transport, VIP flights, and photo/film flights, among other services.

The Heliport Eemshaven, in the Netherlands as the ideal gateway for transport and supply flights to offshore projects in the Exclusive Economic Zone in the North Sea offers the full range of services such as take-offs, landings, and parking in the north-western part of Eemshaven.
